JOB DESCRIPTION: E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist (Ads)
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across all E-commerce platforms (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads) and external channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets daily/monthly to maximize ROI and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) while hitting GMV targets.

Conversion Optimization: Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, targeting audiences, and landing pages to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR).

Full-Funnel Management: Execute campaigns for all stages of the customer journey, from awareness (top-funnel) to conversion (bottom-funnel) and retargeting (loyalty).

Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics. Provide deep-dive insights on how ad spend correlates with organic growth and total shop revenue.

Bid Management: Manually or automatically manage bidding strategies (CPC, CPM, CPA) to ensure competitive visibility during peak sales seasons (Mega Campaigns) and off-peak periods.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the Content/Listing team to ensure ad creatives are aligned with landing page messaging, and with the Operations team to ensure stock levels can support the expected ad-driven demand.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related fields.

Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a strong focus on E-commerce marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok) and social media advertising.

Technical Skills:

Deep expertise in Platform Ad Tools (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads Manager).

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping).

Advanced Data Analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets for report automation and ROAS calculation).

Familiarity with tracking pixels, attribution models, and conversion tracking.

Soft Skills:

Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to make quick, logical decisions based on real-time data fluctuations.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment where algorithms and platform rules change frequently.

Creative Thinking: Ability to identify "winning" angles for ad creatives and communicate them effectively to the design team.
