We are seeking a data-driven and creative Facebook Ads Specialist to manage and scale our paid advertising efforts on the Meta ecosystem (Facebook & Instagram). In this role, you will be the engine behind our customer acquisition, utilizing advanced targeting, compelling ad creative, and rigorous testing to drive high-quality conversions. If you are an expert in navigating the Meta Ads Manager, scaling budgets, and optimizing for ROAS, we want you on our team.
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Lifecycle Management: End-to-end management of Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns, including objective setting, audience building, creative strategy, and deployment.
Targeting & Segmentation: Develop highly specific audience segments (custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting) to ensure the right message reaches the right person at the right time.
Creative Testing: Partner with designers and copywriters to conduct A/B testing on ad formats (videos, carousels, reels, static images) and messaging to maximize engagement and CTR.
Budget & Bidding Strategy: Strategically manage ad spend, implementing optimized bidding strategies (CBO, ABO, manual bidding) to achieve the best possible CPA and ROAS.
Performance Analysis: Monitor daily performance metrics, generate weekly/monthly reports, and provide actionable recommendations based on data trends.
Pixel & Technical Setup: Manage the setup of Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and offline event tracking to ensure accurate data attribution and audience modeling.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Meta’s evolving algorithm, platform policies, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing high-budget Facebook/Instagram ad accounts.
Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.
Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and data privacy (Pixel, Conversions API, iOS 14+ impact).
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for complex data analysis.
Familiarity with creative tools (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Analytical Rigor: A data-first approach to troubleshooting and optimization.
Creative Instinct: Ability to differentiate between ad "visuals" that convert versus those that don’t.
Agility: Ability to adapt quickly to algorithm shifts and policy changes.
