JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing Manager (E-commerce & Digital)
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and sales growth across all E-commerce platforms and digital channels.

Campaign Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale Mega Campaigns (9/9, 10/10, etc.), seasonal events, and brand-building initiatives.

Channel Management: Supervise the performance of multi-channel marketing efforts, including Performance Ads (Marketplace & Social), Affiliate Marketing, Livestreaming, KOL/KOC collaborations, and Email/CRM automation.

P&L & Budget Ownership: Manage the overall marketing budget with a strict focus on ROI, ROAS, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). Optimize spending to ensure profitable growth.

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team (comprising performance specialists, content creators, and social media managers). Foster a culture of creativity, agility, and data-driven decision-making.

Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all digital touchpoints to enhance brand equity and customer loyalty.

Data Analytics & Reporting: Oversee the tracking and reporting of marketing KPIs. Use deep-dive analytics to identify market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor opportunities to pivot strategies as needed.

External Partnerships: Cultivate strategic relationships with E-commerce platform Key Account Managers (KAMs), external agencies, and influencers to secure exclusive promotional slots and growth opportunities.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 3 years in a management/leadership role, specifically within E-commerce or Digital Retail environments.

Technical Proficiency:

Expert-level knowledge of Digital Marketing Ecosystems (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads).

Strong understanding of Marketing Tech Stacks (CRM, Analytics tools, Automation platforms).

Advanced financial and commercial acumen (proven experience managing P&L and marketing budgets).
