JOB DESCRIPTION: E-commerce Operations Specialist
Job Responsibilities
Store Management: Oversee, operate, and optimize flagship stores on major E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tiki). Manage product listings, visual assets, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

Order Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end order processing lifecycle—from order generation to delivery confirmation. Proactively resolve issues such as cancellations, returns, and customer disputes.

Logistics & Inventory: Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely handover to courier partners. Maintain inventory accuracy between physical stock and the management system.

Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via platform chat channels, maintaining professional and helpful communication. Manage shop ratings and respond to reviews to ensure a high seller rating.

Campaign Execution: Register and participate in platform-wide campaigns (e.g., 9/9, 10/10, Flash Sales) and brand-specific events to drive traffic and conversion rates.

Reporting & Analysis: Track key performance metrics (conversion rates, cancellation rates, traffic, revenue) and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on platform policy changes, algorithm updates, and new features to adjust operations strategy accordingly.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce operations or marketplace management (experience with Multi-channel management is a plus).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using Seller Center dashboards (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).

Strong understanding of E-commerce logistics and fulfillment processes.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for inventory tracking and data reporting).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
