Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy TikTok Ads Specialist to scale our brand presence on the world’s fastest-growing short-form video platform. In this role, you will manage end-to-end advertising campaigns, from creative brainstorming and scriptwriting to bidding and optimization. If you have a deep understanding of TikTok culture, native ad formats, and how to drive conversions through high-performing video content, we want you on our team.
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns via TikTok Ads Manager, utilizing various objective types (e.g., Conversion, Traffic, Lead Generation, Reach).
Creative Strategy: Partner with the video production team to brief and iterate on high-performing UGC-style ads, Spark Ads, and In-Feed video content.
Audience Targeting: Leverage TikTok’s advanced targeting options, including interest-based, behavioral, and custom/lookalike audiences to reach high-value segments.
Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics—specifically CTR, VTR (View-Through Rate), CPA, and ROAS—to optimize bidding strategies and audience reach.
Trend Leveraging: Monitor platform trends, sounds, and challenges to quickly pivot creative strategy and ensure our ads feel native to the user experience.
Pixel & Tracking: Ensure the TikTok Pixel and Events API are correctly implemented to track user behavior, app installs, and website conversions effectively.
Reporting: Maintain a rigorous reporting cadence, translating complex platform data into actionable insights for the wider marketing team.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing paid media, with a proven track record of successful campaign delivery specifically on TikTok or similar short-form video platforms.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager and Business Center.
Familiarity with creative editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush) to quickly iterate on ad creatives.
Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets) to manage budgets and performance reports.
Solid understanding of tracking methodologies (Pixel, Conversions API, Attribution).
Soft Skills:
Creative Intuition: Understanding of what makes a video go viral or convert (hooks, pacing, storytelling).
Agility: Ability to stay on top of the rapidly evolving TikTok algorithm and platform feature updates.
Results-Driven: A competitive drive to meet and exceed performance benchmarks.
Strategic Communication: Ability to articulate creative ideas and data findings clearly to stakeholders.
