We are looking for 10 highly motivated and resilient Sales Executives to join our team, specializing in the prime townhouse real estate market. If you are a target-driven professional with a passion for high-stakes sales and building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to potential investors and homebuyers to introduce exclusive townhouse listings.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify sales leads, maintaining accurate records of interest, property preferences, and contact information in our CRM.
Direct Communication: Deliver persuasive, script-based messaging via telephone, email, and social media to drive immediate interest and schedule property viewings.
Target Achievement: Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads generated, and property transactions closed.
Relationship Building: Develop strong rapport with clients, providing expert advice on the townhouse market to guide them through the sales funnel.
Follow-up Management: Systematically nurture "warm" leads to maximize conversion rates from prospect to property owner.
Data Accuracy: Maintain real-time CRM updates to ensure seamless coordination between sales and marketing teams.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Business, or Real Estate.
Experience: 1–3 years in telemarketing, telesales, or direct sales (Real Estate experience is a significant advantage).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel for lead management.
Soft Skills:
