We are seeking an experienced, decisive, and people-focused First-Line Supervisor to lead our operational team to success. In this role, you will serve as the critical link between management and frontline staff, responsible for daily team performance, workflow coordination, and ensuring that company policies and quality standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, motivate, and coach frontline staff to ensure high engagement, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
Operational Oversight: Manage daily workflows, assign tasks, and monitor output to ensure operational goals are achieved efficiently and on schedule.
Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team KPIs, providing constructive feedback and conducting regular performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues or interpersonal conflicts, resolving problems swiftly to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Policy Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations, labor laws, and internal company policies, documenting and reporting any deviations.
Communication Bridge: Facilitate clear two-way communication between management and the frontline, translating strategic goals into actionable daily tasks and escalating staff concerns.
Scheduling & Resource Management: Coordinate shift schedules, manage time-off requests, and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is highly preferred.
Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in a frontline, lead, or supervisory role within a similar industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in workforce management software, time-tracking tools, and basic reporting platforms (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).
Strong understanding of operational workflows, safety standards, and labor compliance requirements.
Ability to analyze performance data to identify trends and improve team efficiency.
Personal Attributes:
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to provide clear, actionable instructions.
