We are seeking a high-level, strategic, and decisive General and Operations Manager to lead our organization's daily operations and long-term business trajectory. Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee daily organizational activities, ensuring that all departments operate in alignment with company-wide goals and standard operating procedures.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate and implement business policies, long-term strategies, and expansion plans.

Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage comprehensive operational budgets, monitor financial performance (P&L), and implement cost-reduction or efficiency-boosting initiatives.

Process Optimization: Analyze workflows and supply chain efficiency, identifying and implementing technological or procedural improvements to drive productivity.

Resource Management: Oversee talent management initiatives, including organizational structure, performance management systems, and the alignment of labor resources with business requirements.

Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data-driven insights to report on operational health, identifying trends and mitigating risks.

External Relations: Represent the company in high-level dealings with partners, major vendors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring that our operations meet industry standards and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree in Operations Management is highly preferred.

Experience: Substantial experience in a senior management role, with a documented track record of managing large-scale operations, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Strong proficiency in data analytics, financial reporting, and forecasting.

Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, project management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and change management.
