JOB DESCRIPTION: Business Analyst (BA)
Job Summary
We are looking for a sharp and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. You will serve as the bridge between business problems and technology solutions. Your primary goal is to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT) to document, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for new projects or system enhancements.

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze large datasets to identify business trends, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for growth or efficiency.

Process Optimization: Map out current business workflows (As-Is) and design improved, efficient processes (To-Be) to streamline operations.

Solution Design: Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements (User Stories, Functional Specifications) for developers or technical teams.

Reporting & Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights to management.

Project Support: Act as a project coordinator, ensuring that implemented solutions align with initial business objectives and deadlines.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Oversee and facilitate testing processes to ensure that software or process changes meet business requirements before deployment.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a role involving deep data analysis and process improvement.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable business insights.

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).

Experience with SQL for database querying is highly preferred.

Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or project management tools (Jira, Confluence) is a big plus.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with both non-technical business users and technical teams.

Problem-Solving: Critical thinking and a methodical approach to solving complex business challenges.
