JOB DESCRIPTION: E-commerce Sales Associate
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy E-commerce Sales Associate to manage and grow our online presence across major marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and our official website. You will be responsible for end-to-end e-commerce operations, from product listing and customer engagement to order fulfillment and sales analysis.

Job Responsibilities
Platform Management: Upload, update, and optimize product listings (images, titles, descriptions, and SEO keywords) across all channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website).

Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, chat messages, and comments in a timely and professional manner to ensure high response rates.

Order Processing: Manage incoming orders, coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for picking, packing, and timely delivery.

Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns (Flash Sales, Mega Sales, Voucher setups) to boost traffic and conversion rates.

Customer Reviews: Manage ratings and reviews, addressing negative feedback promptly to maintain a high store reputation.

Sales Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and provide reports on channel efficiency, inventory status, and competitor activities.

Inventory Control: Ensure stock levels are synchronized across all platforms to prevent overselling.

Job Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in managing e-commerce shops (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficient in using Seller Centers, basic image editing (Canva, Photoshop), and Microsoft Office (Excel).

Communication: Excellent writing skills in Vietnamese; ability to communicate in a professional, friendly, and persuasive tone.

Mindset: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced digital environment.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze basic sales data and adjust plans to meet sales targets.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
