Job Responsibilities
Inquiry Handling: Receive and resolve customer inquiries and support requests via the call center and website orders.

Escalation Management: Forward requests beyond scope to the appropriate department, track the resolution process until completion, and ensure timely feedback is provided to the customer.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all customer requests are addressed accurately and promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Sales & Consulting: Consult and promote mobile phones, laptops, electronics, home appliances, and relevant services based on customer needs.

Procedural Support: Assist customers with order placement, payment procedures, and company policies.

Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve arising issues and accommodate special customer requirements.

Job Requirements
Education: High School diploma (or equivalent) or higher.

Personality: Friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented.

Communication: Clear, pleasant, and easy-to-understand voice.

Knowledge: Basic knowledge of technology and electronic products; understanding of customer service principles.

Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills: Proficient in office computer applications.

Preferred: Experience in customer service or call center environments.

Working Hours
Rotating shifts (2 shifts/day, based on weekly management schedule).

One day off per week.

Shift 1: 08:00 – 12:00

Shift 2: 12:30 – 17:00

Shift 3: 17:00 – 21:00
