We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient Shipping Clerk to manage the preparation, documentation, and dispatch of all outgoing goods. Key Responsibilities
Order Processing: Review outgoing orders, pick and pack products according to company standards, and ensure the correct items are prepared for dispatch.

Logistics Documentation: Prepare accurate shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and export documentation, ensuring all paperwork complies with carrier and regulatory requirements.

Carrier Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for shipping carriers, scheduling pickups, monitoring transit times, and resolving delivery issues or delays.

Inventory Accuracy: Conduct regular checks to ensure physical inventory levels match system records, assisting in the prevention of shipping errors and shortages.

Quality Assurance: Inspect all shipments for damage, proper labeling, and correct quantity before final dispatch, maintaining our reputation for quality.

Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to warehouse safety protocols, including the safe handling of heavy packages and proper use of material handling equipment.

Process Efficiency: Maintain an organized workspace and provide feedback on packaging processes to optimize speed, reduce waste, and minimize shipping costs.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse logistics.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping software (e.g., FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip), and inventory databases.

Strong aptitude for reading and interpreting complex shipping manifests and order forms.

Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners).
