Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the architecture team, including junior solutions architects, systems analysts, and technology consultants.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high architectural standards, design patterns, and documentation protocols; conduct regular technical reviews of proposed system designs.

Operations Planning: Develop and manage technical roadmaps, integration strategies, and lifecycle plans to ensure systems remain modern, secure, and performant.

Resource & Budget Management: Control technology stack costs, software licensing, and development infrastructure budgets; manage relationships with technology vendors and platform partners.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Executive leadership, Product, and Engineering teams to translate high-level business objectives into precise, actionable technical architectures.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on system integration, emerging technologies, and architectural best practices; mentor team leads.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to corporate data governance, industry-specific security standards, and internal infrastructure reliability guidelines.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports on system ROI, architectural health, and technical debt; implement innovative design methodologies and automation strategies to streamline development.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. TOGAF or vendor-specific architecture certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) are highly desirable.

Experience: 5–10+ years in software engineering, systems analysis, or architecture, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior managerial capacity. Experience in designing enterprise-grade, distributed systems is highly desirable.

Technical & Management Skills:

Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, microservices, API-led connectivity, and data platform integration.

Expertise in modern development methodologies (Agile, DevOps), security-by-design, and infrastructure-as-code.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams, manage complex project dependencies, and optimize total cost of ownership (TCO).

Soft Skills:

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

High attention to detail with a focus on system scalability and business alignment.
