We are looking for a sharp, results-oriented Google Ads Specialist to lead our Search and Display advertising initiatives. You will be responsible for managing substantial advertising budgets to drive high-intent traffic, maximize lead generation, and boost sales. Job Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Discovery networks.
Keyword & Audience Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to target high-intent prospects effectively.
Optimization & Bidding: Continuously optimize campaigns by managing bids, refining match types, improving Quality Scores, and implementing negative keyword lists to minimize wasted spend.
Ad Copy & Creative: Craft compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion, aligning with ad messaging.
Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Ensure accurate setup of Google Analytics (GA4), GTM (Google Tag Manager), and conversion tracking pixels to accurately measure campaign impact.
Performance Reporting: Deliver regular reports on key performance indicators (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency.
A/B Testing: Design and execute split tests on ad variations, landing page layouts, and bidding strategies to drive constant improvement in results.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related quantitative field.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience managing professional Google Ads accounts (please be prepared to share successful campaign case studies).
Technical Skills:
Certifications: Google Ads Search Certification (required), Analytics certification (preferred).
Platforms: Deep proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
Data Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, data visualization, and reporting).
Bonus Skills: Experience with automation scripts, third-party bidding tools (SA360, etc.), or landing page builders.
Soft Skills:
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with large datasets and identifying patterns/anomalies.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous about campaign settings, tracking parameters, and budget allocation.
Results-Focused: Highly motivated by hitting and exceeding defined CPA or ROAS targets.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to map campaigns to the broader customer journey and business objectives.
