Key Responsibilities
Beverage Crafting: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, craft beers, and wines, according to established recipes and quality standards.

Guest Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, provide menu recommendations, offer insights into our beverage selections, and maintain a friendly, professional rapport throughout their visit.

Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is kept clean, organized, and fully stocked with glassware, ice, garnishes, and spirits throughout the shift.

Transaction Management: Process payments accurately using POS systems, handle cash and card transactions, and adhere to all cash-handling policies.

Compliance & Safety: Strictly enforce responsible alcohol service guidelines, including verifying legal drinking age and managing guest consumption to ensure a safe environment for all.

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, rotate products, and report low inventory to management to ensure operational efficiency.

Collaboration: Work seamlessly with servers and floor staff to coordinate drink orders, ensuring timely service and consistent quality for all guests.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification from a reputable bartending school is a plus.

Experience: 2–4+ years of professional bartending experience, demonstrating a strong grasp of mixology and high-volume service.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in preparing classic and contemporary cocktails, spirit profiles, and beverage pairings.

Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management tools.

Deep understanding of local liquor laws, responsible alcohol service protocols, and food safety standards.
