JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Consultant
Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our retail/service team. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the right products or services that meet their needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities
Customer Consultation: Warmly welcome customers, actively listen to their needs, and provide professional advice on product features, benefits, and usage.

Sales Achievement: Proactively promote products and services to meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.

Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our entire product range, including technical specifications, pricing, and promotional programs.

Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat visits.

Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom/store environment according to company visual merchandising standards.

Order & Payment Handling: Assist customers with the purchase process, including billing, payment processing, and coordinating delivery or installation (if applicable).

Feedback & Reporting: Gather customer feedback and report market trends or product concerns to the Store Manager to help improve service quality.

Job Requirements
Education: High School diploma or higher; background in Business or related fields is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or professional consulting is highly preferred.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.

Professionalism: Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a service-oriented mindset.

Skills: Ability to explain technical information in a simple, easy-to-understand way. Proficient in basic office software and POS systems.

Attributes: Enthusiastic, patient, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
