Job Overview
We are looking for a highly networked and creative Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to lead our influencer strategy and execution. You will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and managing partnerships with key influencers and creators who align with our brand identity. Your goal is to build authentic, high-impact campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. If you are an expert in social media trends, have a deep understanding of the creator ecosystem, and excel at managing multi-platform relationships, we want you on our team.

Job Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Design and implement end-to-end influencer marketing strategies that align with broader marketing goals (awareness, product launches, or performance).

Influencer Identification & Vetting: Proactively source and build a roster of creators (KOLs, KOCs, micro/macro-influencers) across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Partnership Management: Lead negotiations, contract management, and communication with influencers and talent agencies to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.

Creative Briefing: Develop clear, inspiring creative briefs that guide creators to produce authentic, brand-aligned content while maintaining their unique voice.

Campaign Execution: Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines and is delivered according to schedule.

Performance Tracking: Analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns (using metrics like engagement rates, reach, sentiment, and conversion/link clicks) and provide actionable insights for future optimization.

Relationship Building: Foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with high-performing creators to move beyond one-off activations toward ongoing brand ambassadorships.

Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of influencer trends, platform-specific content styles, and competitor activities to ensure our brand remains relevant.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or talent management, preferably within an agency or a fast-paced D2C brand.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in influencer marketing platforms (e.g., HypeAuditor, Upfluence, or local equivalents).

Strong familiarity with native platform analytics (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).

Exceptional project management skills (Asana, Trello, or similar).

Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking budgets, campaign performance, and creator data.

Soft Skills:

Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional ability to negotiate terms and build professional rapport with diverse personalities.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to match influencers to specific marketing objectives and target demographics.

Creative Instinct: A keen eye for content that resonates with audiences and maintains brand integrity.
